My name is Jackie Sheppard, I am a First Nations embodiment healer, channelled, psychic reader, and artist of the Tagalaka Clan Group of Far North Queensland, based in Narrm/ Melbourne, on the lands of the Wurundjeri/WoiWurrung People of the Eastern Kulin Nations.
I work across national and international contexts as a healer, psychic and spiritual channelled, storyteller, and change-maker. My work has included extensive experience in workshop facilitation in the contexts of First Nations Cultural education, creative expression, storytelling, and creative wellbeing. I have worked extensively with Mob (First Nations communities), as well as Black, Pan-Indigenous and People of Colour communities, Disabled artists and the LGBTQIA+ and QTIPOC Community through various healing, wellbeing, meditation, and grounding practices.
Since I was a child, I have had a very strong connection to spirit and an ability to observe and respond intuitively. My work has naturally entered into spiritual healing, using my skills for the purpose of uplifting, and promoting positive change within the community.
I bring together the practice of Deep Listening, land-based somatics, psychic readings and hands-on healing to promote mindful, positive, and grounded experiences.
I support others to create a mind-body-spirit-land connection; to identify and work through grief, trauma, confusion and toxic or stagnant patterns; and to develop clarity about life purpose and direction. This has included inner child work and reconnecting with soul desires.
I also work mediumistically, connecting with the spirit realm and nature to explore the possibilities of creating a dynamic, multi-dimensional and spiritually impactful experience for those who engage with my work. This can include working with healed Ancestors, plant and tree spirits, and elemental guides.
My services are available to all members of the community, with a focus on connecting with and working with First Nations Mob, and Pan-Indigenous communities to inspire healing and support through these modalities.
How each session unfolds will be dependent on what each person needs, and how spirit is guiding the session in ways that will best serve the recipients highest good.

Healing Hands:
This session involve a channeling of healing energy that is transferred through my hands. This involves hands on contact with the body.Working through divine consciousness, I invoke divine energy,Ancestral or spirit guides to co-create energy healing for the client.
Embodied Healing:
This practice follows the same principles as 'Healing Hands', with added somatic and embodied healing insights. Everyone's body holds a deeper and higher intelligence. I attune to the wisdom of the clients body, where I observe stories and experiences that require energetic shifts or adjustments. This process can involve identifying areas in the body that may be holding stories that require a 'telling'. I will connect with the body and speak the story aloud, encouraging the story to be illuminated and unlocked from the holdings of the body. Deep Listening

Deep Listening is a First Nations practice specific to First Peoples of so-called Australia. The practice of Deep Listening varies across the 250+ Indigenous Clan Groups that span across this continent. It is often referred to as, Dadirri a word that belongs to the
Ngan’gikurunggurr people in the Daly river region of the Northern Territory, (Ungunmerr,
Ngan’gikurunggurr, 1988).
I have been developing an embodied Deep Listening practice that activates the 6 senses, to create a deep attunement to the self in relationship to nature. Here, we deepen our multi-temporal relationship to Country, cultivating mind-body-land connectivity. This session can happen in many different contexts: at my home, where my practice is located; or 'On-Country', where we take a work through nature, observe, listen, and find stillness. It is a meditative practice that can support grounding, recalibration and a deepened awareness to our relationship to the land that holds and nurtures us.
This service comes with some basic Cultural education so that clients can contextualise the practice, and understand the Cultural expectations and protocols that come with engaging with First Nations expressions.SelectQuantity
